Terms of Service


This Terms of Use Agreement sets forth the standards of use of the Noterrific Service. By using the Noterrific website you (the Client) agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this website. Noterrific, Inc. ("Noterrific") reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted on the Noterrific websites. Your continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended.

Change and Cancellation of Orders

Any jobs that have been approved or purchased cannot be altered or changed due to the automated process that results from the purchase action. If a change or cancellation is necessary then you must contact Noterrific directly @ 214-432-2577. A minimum change or cancellation fee of $15.00 will be charged. The charge may be more depending on the amount of work that has already been performed.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times begin ONLY when the following criteria have been met

  1. Your order has been entered, submitted for processing.
  2. You have approved your electronic proof, if a proof has been requested.

All turnaround times are based on business days. Monday through Friday and exclude all national and federal holidays. All jobs submitted before 3PM CT will begin processing the same business day. Orders received after 3PM CT will be processed the following business day.

Turnaround times which are based on the Tier Quantities

Tier 1 - 1 to 3 Business Days

Tier 2 - 1 to 5 Business Days

Tier 3 - 3 to 5 Business Days

Tier 4 - 5 to 10 Business Days

Tier 5 - 5 to 10 Business Days

Noterrific strives to ship every job on time; however, ship dates should be considered estimates. Production delays, weather conditions and mechanical malfunctions, etc. can sometimes cause jobs to ship late. Noterrific is not responsible for upgrading the shipping method to accommodate a missed estimated ship date. Customers may upgrade the shipping method prior to the job actually shipping at their own expense. If you have a time-sensitive job, please be sure to notify customer service.

Official Noterrific non-production dates:

New Years day Jan 1

Memorial Day Last Monday in May

Independence Day July 4th

Labor Day First Monday in September

Thanksgiving 4th Thursday & Friday in November

Christmas December 25th

Electronic Proofs

An electronic proof is your option, for orders with quantities of 25 contacts or more, to view a sample of how your order will be printed. This is your only opportunity to preview a sample of one contact for larger order quantity before it is generated, produced and delivered to you or your contacts.

If you submit a job and do not request a proof, your job(s) will be printed as is. Noterrific will not be liable for any reason if the final product does not meet your expectations or contains errors.

Data Validation, Verification and Corrections

Noterrific does not perform or provide any Data Validation, Verification or Corrections to any of the data elements you provide for the production of your job. You acknowledge that Noterrific will not perform any review on the data you provide such as, but not limited to, checking for any errors, inconsistencies, spelling, date verification or address validation of mail lists of any kind. We simply print the information you provide. Client remains fully responsible for all data used in the production and the result of the printed product that uses the provided data of your job and Noterrific accepts no responsibility.

Limitations of Liability

Any liability for any errors, mistake or failure to perform services hereunder is expressly limited to the value of the work performed.
Noterrific's responsibility is limited to preparing/processing your job and completing delivery to the U.S. Postal Service or Shipment of job to your requested location. Noterrific shall not be liable for USPS or shipping company's performance failures or delivery delays. Noterrific accepts no responsibility for any additional services performed outside of Noterrific.

Other Terms

If any provision of this Terms of Use Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent. You agree that this Terms of Use Agreement and any other agreements referenced herein may be assigned by Noterrific, in our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition.

This Terms of Use Agreement shall apply in addition to, and shall not be superseded by, any other written agreement between us in relation to your participation as a Client. Client agrees that by accepting this Terms of Use Agreement, Client is consenting to the use and disclosure of their personally identifiable information and other practices described in our Privacy Policy Statement.
